Gwen in Australia

On September 27th, I went to my first football game (I mean American football) for the OSU-Minnesota game. The Ohio State University has one of the best college football team in the US and as there is not much else to do in Ohio in the fall, everybody cheers for the Buckeyes (name of the OSU students).

The Stadium called "the Shoe" is bigger than the "Stade de France" and can seat up to 102,000 people! However, I did not get to sit much during the game as all the fans stand up for most of the game!

The OSU marching band is known to, also, be one of the best in the country. It performs before kick off and during half time... quite impressive!

The Minnesota game was an easy game and we easily won 34-21... it was still fun to watch and live that experience!
